White Glove On-Demand

In response to National, State, and Local restrictions and to comply with the CDC’s recommendation of “social distancing” our network has adopted a Limited Contact Delivery protocol. This protocol calls for the omission of a signature requirement and temporarily restricts deliveries and pickups to threshold only. Curbside and first dry area deliveries will be completed however the signature requirement will be omitted from these pickups and deliveries as well. 

Deliveries that require white glove will resume once restrictions have been lifted and the CDC provides guidance that the risk has been reduced. 

We understand that this may be inconvenient. However, as a company the safety of our customers, delivery personnel, and staff are our priority.
